Meeting Room Bookings

You can view availability online using links below

To book simply invite the email address of the meeting room as an attendee on your own calendar (e.g. google/outlook calendar)

To cancel a booking or update simply update your own calendar (e.g. google/outlook calendar) and it will update the meeting room one automatically

Please note

1. the Event Space please book through online Book Now form, events must be booked through management.
2. Oisin Room bookings are limited to dedicated desk users 39-52 only from Jan 2023.
3. The Meeting Booths X 3 and Phone Booths X3 are not booked and free to use based on availability

Desk Letting Agreement Termination

Please remember to terminate your letting agreement for your desk, you must send at least 1 months advance notice via email to info@thebuildingblock.ie confirming the end date of your letting (this is applicable after the inital 3 month minimum letting term for dedicated desks).
